The hotel had a warm atmosphere, accommodating for seniors with clean, spacious areas and easy access to amenities. The staff was very thoughtful, making my stay exceptionally pleasant.

The TV remote was unreliable, temperature control for A/C limited!!! the lack of bedside power outlets made charging devices inconvenient plus, the bathroom could use a magnifying mirror!!!

Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly, but the room lighting was quite poor, making it a bit difficult to see. The breakfast had a good variety, although the eggs could use some improvement. it was a decent stay with comfortable beds and helpful service.

We had a lovely stay for two nights and the bed was super comfy while enjoying the tasty complimentary breakfast every morning. The kids loved the game room and the cozy lounge area for some family time. One minor thing was that the breakfast area got a bit crowded, but it didn’t really dampen our overall fun! 😊

We had a lovely spacious room for our stay, and it was great to see it was pet-friendly! Our dog even received a welcome pack with treats. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby places for walks. Lots of breakfast choices are available, and we enjoyed a few meals in the evening too. Definitely a pleasant experience!

Felt like royalty, no complaints whatsoever.

The staff was incredibly friendly, I mean the receptionist really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even remembering our names. The breakfast was quite something, fresh and hot, I was not expecting such a variety. there were sausages, bacon and even the option to take away a roll if you were in a hurry.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but considering the quality, it felt acceptable.

This hotel suits me perfectly with great amenities like free parking, wi-fi, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me find tasty food on my first stay, and the breakfast is always amazing! Highly recommend it for a city trip.
